UNIVERSITY LINE BUS RAPID TRANSIT (BRT)

Houston, TX

The University Line BRT Project proposed to provide a dedicated bus lane along a 25-mile stretch of the city's major thoroughfares, serving popular destinations such as Westchase, Uptown, Montrose, Midtown, and the University of Houston. The project would have featured state-of-the-art BRT vehicles that offer faster travel times, improved reliability, and increased capacity.

  • 3D Modeling

  • Retaining Wall Design

  • Temporary Traffic Control

I-635 EAST

Dallas, TX

The project involves the reconstruction and expansion of a 11-mile section of the I-635 highway, which includes the addition of new general-purpose lanes, high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes, and frontage roads. The project also includes the construction of new interchange ramps, bridges, and sound walls, as well as the implementation of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) to improve traffic flow and safety.

SH 35/I-610 INTERCHANGE

Houston, TX

The SH 35/I-610 interchange would consist of an elevated, multi-level interchange between SH 35 and I-610; SH 35 would be elevated over I-610. Four elevated direct connectors, each consisting of one 14-foot lane, would be constructed to permit entrance and exit to SH 35 and I-610.

Chris supported 3D modeling of this interchange and schematic refinement of the roadway design.

US69 GATEWAY TO THE BIG THICKET

Tyler and Hardin Counties, TX

This project widens and improves US 69 from FM 1943 (near Warren) to FM 1003 (north of Kountze) in Hardin and Tyler Counties to a four-lane, divided roadway with shoulders, an evacuation lane on the northbound lanes, and a median - the existing roadway includes a two-lane, undivided roadway with shoulders and no median.
